Refund policy

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

 

Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Any product that has been opened, tested, used, or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature and characteristics will not be eligible for a full refund and may be excluded from return for hygiene and consumer safety reasons.


Due to hygiene and consumer safety reasons, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for skincare, body care, hair care, cosmetic products, or any other personal care items that have been opened, unsealed, used, tested, or otherwise altered after delivery.


To request a return, please contact us at hello@thedeltaskin.com within 14 days of receiving your order.


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect.


Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
